Project Description
- The first Legoland theme park in Asia
- Comprises of more than 40 buildings and 19 rides and attractions, built over 70 acres of land.
- The project features unique and specialised construction methods, such as themed paster facade, fiber reinforced concrete and tensile membranes, and required proper coordination with local and foreign specialist contractors.
- Precision setting out and high attention to detail were required to ensure accuracy for installation of rides and Lego attractions
- SunCon successfully completed the project on a fast track basis of 15 months
